How to return a product.

Send us an email info@greendotbaby.co.za stating that you would like to return the product within 30 days of purchase.

OR

Simply bring back the product to the store in its original packaging. It must be sealed & the proof of purchase should accompany the product. There is a 10% handling fee on all returns.

Products must not be used or damaged & the original labels attached.

The courier costs will not be refunded.

Returns can be refused should the product returned be damaged, missing components or in a condition that will not allow for it to be resold.

What should I do if I receive damaged products?

In the event of receiving a defective product kindly notify us immediately via email info@greendotbaby.co.za

This should be done within 7 days of receiving the product so please check your product 

We will thereafter send through a claim form which needs to be completed. We will arrange for collection of the damaged product or if you are near the store kindly drop it off. We will subsequently review the product & replace it or refund you.

What guarantee(s) do you offer?

Every brand has a policy regarding guarantees & warranties. Should this be the case we will honour what is in place. The distributor will then give us feedback as to how to proceed & returns, refunds & replacements will be at their discretion.

Return delivery costs will be for your account unfortunately.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Should you receive the incorrect product kindly notify us immediately. We will rectify the error & send you the correct product at no cost to you.

What is the policy on pre-orders & manufacturing times?

If you place an order for a product & it is not ready in time, we will try to accommodate you by sending you a loan unit if possible( not always the exact product ). In the event that an item is not available we will refund you in full within 30 days.

Please note that we are often working with companies who are not always able to deliver on time due to a number of reasons eg power outages, delays with customs/SARS when importing products, machinery breakdowns etc

We try to utilise suppliers who are reliable & consistent.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled provided that we haven’t received payment. Should payment have been received the courier fees will not be refunded if the items were despatched already
